OPENING HOURS

Mail Order is open from 9am to 5pm (EST Sydney time) from Monday to Friday. We are closed on public holidays. Should you try to contact us outside of our working hours we will contact you as soon as possible on the next working day. 

ORDERING 

There are five ways you can order with our Mail Order department

  1. Online at www.lush.com.au
  2. Over the phone on 1300 587 428
  3. Fax your order and details to +61 2 9784 8555 (please do not include your credit card details. We will contact you by phone for your payment)
  4. Email us at enquiries@lush.com.au with your details (please do not include your credit card details. We will contact you by phone for your payment)
  5. Fill out a Lush Times order form and mail it to Lush Mail Order, PO Box 83, Canterbury, NSW 2193.


Before you can place an order, you will need to register and then log in. Everyone is allowed one customer account. You are more than welcome to send lots of Lush to your friends, but they may live in a different house. All you need to do is complete a separate order for each different delivery address. Easy!

Very occasionally, if the technology fails us or we make a genuine mistake, your order attempt may be unsuccessful. While we can't be held liable for this, we will do everything we can to resolve this for you and put that smile back on your face again.

Once your order has been accepted, you just pay the sum that you see at the end of the checkout process, together with the delivery fee. We will only accept credit or debit cards in the name of the customer placing the order. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an e-mail within 24 hours, and then one within 24 hours of your order being dispatched, so you will know when to get the bath running!

Placing an order is legally binding but this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. For more details you can also have a little look at 'Cancellations and Returns' in these Terms and Conditions.

If, in our reasonable opinion, a customer acts against these Terms and Conditions, we do reserve the right to cancel or suspend their involvement in a sale. This includes non-payment of ordered products or fraudulent use of our website and/or sales. We also reserve the right to bar certain e-mail addresses and telephone numbers from accessing our website to place orders. We will not accept any order from any customer who we have cancelled or suspended. 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners, Lush gift vouchers, Westpac Altitude Reward Vouchers, Direct Deposit, Cheque and Money Order. Lush gift vouchers, Cheques, Money Orders and Westpac Altitude Reward Vouchers must be mailed to us and received before we can process and dispatch your order.

*Packed weight = the gross weight of products and all packaging materials.

**Registered Post service will be delivered by Australia Post and will require a signature, so please make sure there will be someone at home to sign for it. Otherwise a card will be left and your parcel will need to be collected from your local post office.

Please note Australia Post only deliver from Monday to Friday. Please note Express Post service does not require a signature, which means your parcel will be left at your home if you are not there to answer the door. If your parcel contains any fresh products we will not send it out on the Friday. 

TRACK YOUR PARCEL

To track your parcel please use the consignment number you will receive from Australia Post (via email) when your order is dispatched here; http://auspost.com.au/track/. Your tracking number will look similar to this "64A00000xxxxx"
 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

At Lush Mail Order we know no limits when it comes to delivering internationally. Whether you live in Alaska or Bognor, Brazil or Slovakia, we'll do our best to get it to you. If you find that your country isn't listed on this website, please let us know so we can add it for you as soon as we can; then you will be able to have your Lush goodies as soon as possible! Please note the weight limit of International parcels is 20kg.
