Terms and Conditions of Entry
Golden Ticket Competition

1. The “Golden Ticket” competition (the competition) conducted by the Australian Promoter and the New Zealand Promoter (together, the Promoters) is open to Australian and

3. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. Submissions will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. The competition opens at 12:01am AEST on 18 November 2011. The competition closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 January 2012.
5. The winners may select one of two prize options. The first option is a ‘LUSH Weekend for Two’ (Prize 1), consisting of two return economy airfares from the winner's nearest capital city to Sydney (up to a value of AUD$2,000), and two nights’ accommodation for two (with breakfast) at a suitable hotel as chosen by the Promoters and a LUSH pamper pack (together, an approximate value of AUD$3,000). The second option is one year’s supply of LUSH products (Prize 2), chosen by the winner, to the value of AUD$2,000.
6. Prizes must be redeemed in full by 28 February 2013. Prize 1 is subject to booking and availability and blackout periods may apply. To redeem Prize 1, a winner will notify the Promoter in their jurisdiction of their preferred dates of stay. That Promoter will then determine the availability of suitable accommodation and flights and will contact that winner to confirm final booking details.

8. The winners' names and details will be displayed in a prominent place at the premises at which the announcement is made (as specified in clause 7 above) until noon on 29 February 2012 and published in The Australian newspaper in
9. The two winners will receive a letter and/or email from the Promoters within 2 days of the Promoters receiving the winning tickets confirming the authenticity of the winning tickets.
10. The two winners’ details will be posted online at www.lush.com.au and www.lushnz.com.
11. The Promoters are neither responsible nor liable for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete or inaudible entries.
12. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
13. Prize 1 excludes any transport to and from the departure point (including but not limited to additional domestic airfares if required), any airport transfers or transport to and from the nominated accommodation, any additional meals, any extra sightseeing or activities, any additional accommodation, personal spending money, and all other ancillary costs, as well as obtaining any of these. These costs and expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Prize 1 also excludes medical expenses, items of a personal nature, beverages, optional tours not outlined, laundry, telephone calls, additional nights accommodation, room upgrades or other ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize other than those specified. These costs and expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Any extension to the duration of the prize is at the winner’s sole expense and subject to availability at the time of booking. For the removal of doubt, taxes for domestic/international travel are included in the prize winning domestic/international economy airfares provided by the Promoters.
14. It is a condition of accepting Prize 1 that the winner may be requested to present their credit card upon arrival at the nominated accommodation to cover all incidentals they may incur including their stay.
15. If an employee of the Promoters wins, their employee benefit will not apply in the event they choose Prize 2.
16. The chosen prize must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not exchangeable or cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. The prizes are valued in Australian dollars. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
17. The Promoters take no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed, or lost in transit.
18. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner (and their companion) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoters and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
19. If a winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian on behalf of the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner’s parent/legal guardian to prove their parental status/ legal guardianship at the time of winner notification. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a person/s mistakenly represents themselves to be a winner’s parent and/or legal guardian, then that person will be liable for all costs associated with relocating and/or re-awarding the prize (including but not limited to administrative fees incurred by the Promoters). Where relevant, the Promoters are only responsible for ensuring that the prize is awarded to a person who is either a parent or legal guardian of the winner. The Promoters are not responsible for determining any other delivery details or taking direction that relates to any ongoing family law negotiations and/or determinations. These are the responsibility of the winner and their respective parent/s and/or legal guardian/s.
